Handling & Safety
- Surface Preparation : Clean surfaces thoroughly with a suitable cleaner (e.g., Devcon® Cleaner Blend 300) to remove oil, grease, and dirt. Grit blasting or grinding is recommended to enhance adhesion.
- Mixing : Combine resin and hardener according to the specified ratio until a uniform, streak-free consistency is achieved.
- Application : Apply the mixed putty to the prepared surface using a putty knife or similar tool.
- Curing : Allow to cure at room temperature. Full cure is typically achieved in 16 hours.
- Storage : Store in a cool, dry place. Shelf life is approximately 3 years from the date of manufacture.
