 Devcon® Flexane® 80 Putty 15820

Devcon® Flexane® 80 Putty (Part No. 15820) is a two-part, trowelable urethane compound designed for repairing and lining process equipment exposed to wear, impact, abrasion, vibration, and expansion/contraction. It cures at room temperature to form a tough, medium-hard rubber material.

 Dielectric Strength Approximately 350 V/mil.

Handling & Safety


Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) : Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves, and eye/face protection to prevent skin and eye contact.

Ventilation : Ensure adequate ventilation during use to avoid inhalation of vapors.

Storage : Store in tightly closed original containers in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from heat and ignition sources.

 

First Aid Measures:

 * Inhalation: Move to fresh air. Seek medical attention if symptoms persist.

 * Skin Contact: Wash immediately with plenty of water and soap. Remove contaminated clothing.

 * Eye Contact: Rinse immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical advice.

 * Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Rinse mouth and seek medical attention immediately.

 * Contains isocyanates, which may cause sensitization by inhalation and skin contact.

 * Harmful by inhalation.

 * Irritating to eyes and skin.

 * May cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals.
