 Devon Ceramic Repair Putty 11700 is a high-performance, alumina-filled epoxy compound designed to provide long-lasting protection and repair for equipment exposed to erosion, corrosion, and chemical attack. lt is specifically formulated for metal surfaces but adheres well to various substrates. lts trowelable consistency makes it ideal for vertical and overhead applications.

* Meets Military Specifications : Compliant with Mill Spec DOD-C-24176B (SH), Type I & II.


Applications

 Devcon 11700 is commonly used in : 

* Rebuilding worn pump housings, impellers, and valves.

* Protecting pipe elbows, chutes, hoppers, and cyclones from abrasive wear.

* Sealing and resurfacing chemical tank linings.

* Repairing heat exchanger tube sheets, water boxes, and other circulating water systems.

* Refurbishing components in mining, chemical, and wastewater treatment industries.



Handling & Safety

 Personal Protection: Wear gloves, eye protection, and protective clothing.

 Ventilation: Use in a well-ventilated area.

 Storage: Store at room temperature in original sealed containers; avoid freezing or extreme heat.

 Spill Response: Absorb with inert material and place in appropriate waste containers.

 Disposal: Follow local environmental regulations.

 First Aid:

 * Skin Contact: Wash with soap and water.

 * Eye Contact: Rinse with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes.

 * Inhalation: Move to fresh air; seek medical attention if symptoms persist.

 * Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting; seek immediate medical assistance.
