 Devcon® Brushable Ceramic Blue (Part No. 11765) is a high-performance, alumina-filled epoxy coating designed to protect metal surfaces from wear, abrasion, corrosion, erosion, and chemical attack. It is ideal for industrial applications requiring a durable, low-friction barrier.

Applications

Devcon Brushable Ceramic Blue is suitable for:

 * Sealing and protecting new equipment exposed to erosion and corrosion

 * Protecting pump casings, impeller blades, gate valves, water boxes, and fan blades

 * Rebuilding heat exchangers, tube sheets, and other water-circulating equipment

 * Serving as a topcoat on repaired surfaces to provide an exceptionally smooth finish

Handling & Safety

 Mixing : Pre-stir resin before adding hardener. Mix thoroughly to ensure a uniform blend.

 Application : Apply using a short-bristled brush or roller. For a smooth finish, lightly brush the last coat with Methyl Ethyl Ketone (MEK) before it fully cures.

 Safety Precautions:

 * Use in a well-ventilated area.

 * Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves and eye protection.

 * Avoid contact with skin and eyes.

 * In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.

 Storage : Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and sources of ignition.
