DOWSIL™ 1-2620 Low VOC Conformal Coating is a one-part, solvent-borne silicone resin designed to protect printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic assemblies. This low VOC version of the original DOWSIL™ 1-2620 offers enhanced environmental compliance while maintaining excellent dielectric properties and environmental protection.​

 


Product Overview
 
 Composition : One-part, translucent silicone resin solution.​

 Cure Mechanism : Moisture-cure at room temperature; optional mild heat acceleration after solvent evaporation.​

 Appearance : Translucent (clear) after curing.​

 Viscosity : Approximately 350 mPa=s.​

 Tack-Free Time : Approximately 15 minutes at 25°C and 50% RH.​

 Durometer Hardness : Shore A 80.​

 Dielectric Strength : Approximately 400 V/mil.​

 Volume Resistivity : Approximately 1.05 × 10¹⁵ ohm=cm.​

 Non-Volatile Content : 31%.​

Storage Recommendations:
