SYLGARD™ 184 is supplied as a two-part liquid component kit, consisting of a base and a curing agent, mixed in a 10:1 ratio by weight or volume. Once mixed, it cures to a flexible elastomer suitable for encapsulating and protecting electronic devices. The material can be cured at room temperature or accelerated with heat, offering versatility in processing.
