DOWSIL™ 791 Silicone Weatherproofing Sealant is a premium, one-part, neutral-cure RTV silicone sealant specifically designed for weathersealing applications in commercial construction. Engineered for maximum flexibility, it accommodates joint movement up to ±50% and delivers long-term adhesion on both porous and non-porous surfaces like glass, aluminum, masonry, and steel. With exceptional weather resistance, including UV, rain, and temperature extremes, this sealant is ideal for use in various climates and building codes. ​

 
 

Product Overview

 Cure System : Neutral-cure RTV silicone

 Cure Time : Tack-free in approximately 35–45 minutes; full cure in 7–14 days, depending on thickness and environmental conditions

 Operating Temperature : -50°C to +150°C (intermittent peaks up to +205°C)

 Colors Available : Black, Grey, Dark Grey, Metal Grey, Bronze, Limestone, Precast White, White

 Packaging Options : Available in 310 mL cartridges and 600 mL sausages

 Certifications : Complies with ASTM C920 Type S, Grade NS, Class 50; ISO 11600 F&G-25LM; EN15651-1/2:2012 ​
