DOWSIL™ RTV 3145 Silicone Rubber Adhesive/Sealant is a high-performance, one-part, room-temperature vulcanizing (RTV) silicone designed for applications that require a durable, flexible, and heat-resistant bond or seal. It's part of Dow’s industrial-grade silicones and is widely used in electronics, aerospace, automotive, and other demanding environments.
Key Features
One-part RTV silicone : cures at room temperature with atmospheric moisture
High strength & elongation : remains flexible and resists stress
Non-corrosive : neutral cure; safe for sensitive metals like copper
High-temperature resistance : continuous exposure up to 204°C (400°F); intermittent up to 260°C (500°F)
Excellent dielectric properties : ideal for electrical/electronic sealing
Low volatility : suitable for enclosed or sensitive environments
UL recognized : Flammability rated UL 94-V0
