Sikaflex®-529 AT
Sikaflex®-529 AT is a sprayable, 1-component Silane Terminated Polymer (STP) sealant that cures upon exposure to atmospheric humidity. It is specifically designed for seam sealing and lap joints in vehicle body assemblies, offering a factory-like appearance and surface structure.

Easy Application: Can be applied using manual, pneumatic, or electric-driven piston guns. For spray application, Sika® Spray Gun (cartridge) or Jetflow Gun (Unipac) are recommended.
Technical Specifications
Curing Mechanism: Cures upon exposure to atmospheric humidity.
Application Temperature Range: 5°C to 40°C; optimal between 15°C and 25°C.
Skin Time: Tooling and finishing should be carried out within the skin time of the sealant.
Surface Preparation: Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free from grease, oil, and dust.
Removal: Uncured Sikaflex®-529 AT can be removed from tools and equipment with Sika® Remover-208 or another suitable solvent. Once cured, the material can only be removed mechanically.
