Sikaflex®-255 Ultra
Sikaflex®-255 Ultra is a high-performance, one-component polyurethane adhesive designed for automotive glass replacement. Optimized for manual application, it offers a long open time and ensures safe usage even under warm conditions. This adhesive is compatible with Sika's Black Primerless and All Black processes and can be used as a primerless-to-glass adhesive in auto glass replacement applications. Note: Primerless-to-glass application requires the glass to be prepared using an automotive-grade glass cleaner such as Sika® Cleaner G+P.

Applications
Sikaflex®-255 Ultra is intended for use by experienced professional users in automotive glass replacement. It is suitable for bonding vehicle windscreens and windows, providing a secure and durable bond. For other applications, tests with actual substrates and conditions should be performed to ensure adhesion and material compatibility.
Safety and Handling
Handling Precautions:
* Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from grease, oil, dust, and contaminants.
* Use an automotive-grade glass cleaner such as Sika® Cleaner G+P for surface preparation.
* Apply the adhesive in a triangular bead to ensure uniform thickness of the bond line.
Storage Recommendations:
* Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place.
* Shelf life is 9 months from the date of production.
First Aid Measures:
* Skin Contact: Wash with soap and water.
* Eye Contact: Rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
* Inhalation: Move to fresh air; seek medical attention if symptoms persist.
* Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting; seek immediate medical attention.
