Sikafloor®-160
Sikafloor®-160 is a high-performance, two-component, solvent-free epoxy system designed for use as a primer, binder, or coating in industrial flooring applications. It is particularly effective for restoring and protecting concrete floors subjected to impact and abrasive traffic.

Technical Specifications
Mix Ratio: Component A (Resin) and Component B (Hardener) are mixed in a 1:1 ratio by volume.
Pot Life:
At 10°C: Approximately 50 minutes
At 20°C: Approximately 25 minutes
At 30°C: Approximately 15 minutes
Curing Time:
Foot traffic: 6–24 hours depending on ambient temperature
Full cure: 5–10 days depending on ambient temperature
Application Temperature: Optimal between 10°C and 30°C.

Component C (optional aggregate): 20 bags (50 lbs. each)
Color: Neutral aggregates or pigmented with Sikafloor Epoxy Pigment Pack.
