Description

A high-performance two‑component black epoxy adhesive designed specifically for automotive glass applications. Ideal for bonding both stationary and movable side glass into channels made of metal or plastic

Short clamp (drive‑away) time: ~1 hour at room temperature 

Full cure: ~24 hours under typical conditions

Handling & Safety


Preparation & Application

 -  Thoroughly clean and dry glass and channel surfaces—remove dirt, oil, grease, rust .

 -  Optionally prime metal channels: use acid-etch primer followed by epoxy or urethane primer 

 -  Dispense equal amounts of both parts using a compatible mixer nozzle and applicator gun (e.g., 3M 08190 gun + 38191 nozzle) 

 -  Apply adhesive, assemble glass within ~3 minutes, clamp or tape in place.

 -  Allow ~1 hour clamp time before driving. Full performance achieved in ~24 hours 


Clean‑up

 -  Wipe uncured adhesive with a suitable solvent (e.g., VOC-compliant cleaner) 


Storage

 -  Keep sealed, store at 18–25 °C (65–80 °F). Avoid extreme heat or freezing.


Safety

 -  Use in well-ventilated areas.

 -  Wear gloves and eye protection.

 -  Avoid skin and eye contact.

 -  Refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for full precautions and first aid.
