Permabond 105 is a one-component, low-viscosity ethyl cyanoacrylate adhesive, specially designed for high-speed bonding tasks. It cures instantly at room temperature and excels in wicking between tight-fitting parts. Notably, it's optimized for bonding hard-to-bond materials such as natural and synthetic rubbers (EPDM, butyl rubber) and various plastics.

Hazards & Precautions:

Irritant: Can irritate eyes, respiratory tract, and skin

Bonding Risk: Bonds skin and eyes in seconds — extreme caution is necessary

Fire Safety: Flammable liquid; keep away from ignition sources


Recommended PPE:

Gloves, eye or face protection, and adequate ventilation are essential


First Aid Measures:

Skin Contact: Wash thoroughly with soap and water. Do not pull bonded skin apart; use warm soapy water or acetone.

Eye Contact: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Seek medical attention if needed


Storage & Disposal:

Store in a cool, dry place in tightly sealed containers. Avoid heat and humidity

Spills: Let the adhesive cure with water, then scrape away before disposal. Cured material may be treated as non-hazardous waste
