ARON ALPHA AA201

Aron Alpha AA201 is a one-component, moisture-curing, ethyl 2-cyanoacrylate adhesive. It features an ultra-low viscosity (approximately 2 cPs), making it ideal for capillary action bonding in tight-fitting parts and porous materials. This general-purpose adhesive is designed for rapid bonding of plastics, rubbers, and metals without the need for mixing or external heat sources.

Key Features

Fast Cure Time : Sets in seconds upon contact with moisture, enhancing manufacturing efficiency.

Low Viscosity : Enables deep penetration into fine cracks and tight-fitting parts.

Broad Substrate Compatibility : Effectively bonds materials such as ABS, polycarbonate, PMMA, PVC, neoprene, natural rubber, copper, aluminum, and steel.

Wide Temperature Resistance : Maintains performance from -65°F to 180°F (-54°C to 82°C).

High Bond Strength : Shear strength up to 3,000 psi, depending on the substrate.

Transparent Finish : Cures to a clear, colorless solid, suitable for applications where appearance is critical.

Applications

Aron Alpha AA201 is versatile and suitable for various industries:

Automotive & Transportation : Bonding door weather-strips, glass runs, and interior components.

Industrial Assembly : Attaching rubber gaskets to metal, assembling cosmetic containers, and bonding components in appliances.

Electronics : Securing speaker components, motor windings, and control knobs.

Medical Devices : Assembling IV sets, catheters, and orthopedic devices.

Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) : Repairing conveyor belts, fabricating O-rings, and affixing nameplates.
